Safety Advisors has qualified trainers for classroom courses and e-learning. The subjects follow the work: construction, fire, statutory health and safety, and aviation.
For aviation professionals we deliver human factors training. Human factors is the study of what people can and cannot do, and how that shapes their actions. Aviation is a changing, high-consequence environment. Understanding how people perform on the job is what lets a procedure support them, rather than surprise them. The course follows ICAO human performance principles and turns those limits into something a delegate can use in their own role.
