This notice covers the Safety Advisors website and the enquiry form. It is written in plain language so you can see what we keep and why.

What the website collects
If you send the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and message, and any organisation, telephone number and service you choose to add. We also store the time the message arrived.
The site sets a session cookie and a security cookie so the form can be submitted safely and so a confirmation message can be shown after you send it. These cookies are not used for advertising.
Why we use it
We use the enquiry to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. That is our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask for help, and in knowing what was said if the work goes ahead. We do not sell the details, and we do not use them for a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond, and for a reasonable period afterwards so there is a record of what was asked. You can ask us to delete your message if we no longer need it.
Who sees it
The message is stored in the consultancy’s systems and emailed to info@safetyadvisors.co.uk. It is read by the people who handle enquiries. We do not pass it to other organisations except where the law requires it, or where a specialist consultant needs it to answer the question you asked.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also object to our use of them. Write to info@safetyadvisors.co.uk. If you are unhappy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
